正確的操作和保養(yǎng)是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)獲得最長(zhǎng)使用壽命和最大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的關(guān)鍵因素。

 按照操作和保養(yǎng)手冊(cè)中的說(shuō)明去做,可以使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的使用費(fèi)用最低,且發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的使用壽命最長(zhǎng)。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)前

進(jìn)行每日和其它的定期保養(yǎng)。

檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)室,這樣可以防止以后的重大故障。

圍繞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的檢查

       為使您的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)得到最長(zhǎng)的使用壽命,在起發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)以前,進(jìn)行一次徹底檢查。

       注意:當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在額定轉(zhuǎn)速和小負(fù)荷下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),將較快地達(dá)到正常工作溫度。

接合被驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備

1. 確保各種儀表都處于相應(yīng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的正常范圍內(nèi)。

2. 增加發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速到額定轉(zhuǎn)速。在加負(fù)荷以前,必須將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速增加到額定轉(zhuǎn)速。

3.    接合離合器以給發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加負(fù)荷。

4. 繼續(xù)檢查所有儀表的讀數(shù)和被驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備。

停機(jī)裝置有助于防止設(shè)備的損壞。

       如果一種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)保護(hù)裝置使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)停機(jī),則必須確定停機(jī)的原因。在再次起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)之前,進(jìn)行必要的修理。

1.  脫開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與被驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備之間的離合器

2.  在使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)停機(jī)前,讓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)有一段時(shí)間冷卻:

a. 如果啟用了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的冷機(jī)功能,則把發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)控制開(kāi)關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)到“冷機(jī)/停機(jī)”(COOLDOWN/STOP) 位置。

b.如果沒(méi)有啟用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的冷機(jī)功能, 則讓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)在高怠速大約五分鐘,然后再讓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)停機(jī)。

3.  把發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)控制開(kāi)關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)到“關(guān)機(jī)/復(fù)位” (OFF/RESET)位置。

自動(dòng)停機(jī)

當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)在自動(dòng)模式而遠(yuǎn)程起動(dòng)/停機(jī)觸點(diǎn)斷開(kāi)時(shí),將出現(xiàn)自動(dòng)停機(jī)。

如果發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟用冷機(jī)功能,那么發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在停機(jī)前將按設(shè)定的時(shí)間冷機(jī),然后停機(jī)。否則,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)會(huì)立即停機(jī)。

緊急停機(jī)

       緊急停機(jī)裝置僅用于 緊急情況。 正常停機(jī)不要使用緊急停機(jī)裝置。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),緊急停機(jī)按鈕在“突起”位置。
