由于螺栓副干摩擦過大,容易使螺紋牙因過熱而損不(爛牙)或燒死在一起,柴油機修理時無法拆卸缸蓋螺栓和氣缸體主軸承蓋螺栓、連桿螺栓。因此,平板運輸車在發(fā)動機裝配時,在缸蓋螺栓、氣缸體主軸承蓋螺栓、連桿螺栓螺紋牙上蘸上潤滑油,使螺栓與螺紋孔的螺紋上形成一層潤滑油膜。既減少了裝配螺栓時螺紋副上的摩擦損失,保證缸蓋與平板運輸車氣缸體、主軸承蓋、連桿蓋的緊固。
