節(jié)溫器主要就是使發(fā)動機水溫恒定在八九十度左右,使發(fā)動機在熱機狀態(tài)下發(fā)揮出最經(jīng)濟的動力。發(fā)動機長時間在低溫狀態(tài)下工作使用,對發(fā)動機燃燒不好,且動力下降。柴油機剛啟動時排煙不好,當水溫上來后,明顯的排煙和動力全都好了。一般發(fā)動機水溫正常時,我們最好不要將節(jié)溫器拆掉。如果發(fā)動機冷卻系統(tǒng)全部都正常,但水溫還是高,這樣可以將節(jié)溫器拆掉,將內(nèi)循環(huán)堵上,這樣冷卻液散熱效果會更好。一般夏天容易出現(xiàn)水溫高,可以將節(jié)溫器拆掉,到冬天再裝回就可以了。水溫一般在七八十度就行,最好不要超過九十幾度。 不安裝節(jié)溫器的情況不會出現(xiàn)冷卻水不循環(huán)(不是電器),也不會造成個別氣缸不能冷卻。節(jié)溫器是發(fā)動機全部散熱之后才出來到散熱器冷卻再到水泵進水口或者直接到水泵進水口。當水溫低于節(jié)溫器打開溫度時,冷卻水走內(nèi)循環(huán),直接到水泵進水口,當水溫超過節(jié)溫器打開溫度時(七八十度左右),節(jié)溫器關閉內(nèi)循環(huán),打開外循環(huán),經(jīng)過散熱器散熱后再到水泵進水口。
