如需長期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),則應(yīng)增大壓縮比提高壓縮壓力以降低排氣溫度;適當(dāng)調(diào)整氣閥正時,減少氣閥重迭角以免廢氣倒沖;適當(dāng)減小氣閥間隙以免閥桿撞擊。

2、二沖程柴油機(jī)的停增壓器運(yùn)行

當(dāng)二沖程柴油機(jī)停增壓器運(yùn)行時,本身無法完成換氣過程,因而無法運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。采取的措施因機(jī)型而異。如Sulzer RTAMAN-B&WL-MC機(jī)型所采取的應(yīng)急措施是:

     起動電動輔助鼓風(fēng)機(jī);

     使用專用工具將增壓器轉(zhuǎn)軸兩端固定,如應(yīng)急運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時間很長,則應(yīng)拉出轉(zhuǎn)子并用專

2、拉缸時的應(yīng)急處理

     早期發(fā)現(xiàn)拉缸時應(yīng)首先加大氣缸滑油的注油量。如過熱現(xiàn)象沒有改變,可采取單缸

停油、降低轉(zhuǎn)速、加強(qiáng)活塞冷卻等措施,直到過熱消除為止。

     當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)拉缸時,必須迅速降低轉(zhuǎn)速,然后停車。繼續(xù)增加活塞冷卻,同時進(jìn)行盤車。

但此時切勿加強(qiáng)氣缸冷卻,否則會使拉缸加劇,使事故更惡化。

     如因活塞咬死而不能盤車時,可待活塞冷卻一段時間后,再盤車使之活動。

     當(dāng)活塞咬死的情況比較嚴(yán)重時,可向氣缸內(nèi)注入煤油,待活塞冷卻后撬動飛輪或盤

車。如活塞仍不能動作時,可將起吊螺栓裝在活塞頂上用吊車吊出活塞。起吊時應(yīng)邊注入煤油,邊用軟金屬棒敲打活塞頂,慢慢吊出活塞,防止起吊螺栓拉斷或起吊螺孔拉壞。

     吊缸檢查時,應(yīng)將活塞與缸套表面上的拉缸痕跡用油石打磨平整。損壞的活塞環(huán)必

須換新,若活塞和缸套損壞嚴(yán)重,應(yīng)予換新。

     活塞裝復(fù)時,必須仔細(xì)檢查氣缸上的各注油孔注油是否正常。若活塞和氣缸套均換

新,則在裝復(fù)后應(yīng)進(jìn)行磨合,磨合時應(yīng)從低負(fù)荷開始逐漸加負(fù)荷并連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

     如拉缸事故不能修復(fù)或不允許修復(fù)時,可采取封缸的辦法繼續(xù)運(yùn)行。

四、柴油機(jī)敲缸

1、敲缸現(xiàn)象

柴油機(jī)在運(yùn)行時產(chǎn)生有規(guī)律的不正常異音或敲擊聲,這種現(xiàn)象稱為敲缸。

2、敲缸的原因

   1)燃燒敲缸的原因

     燃油噴射時間過早,使平均壓力增長率和最高爆發(fā)壓力增高;

     噴油器的噴嘴針閥在開啟位置卡住發(fā)生漏油;

     噴油器彈簧斷裂而漏油;

     噴油器彈簧松動,啟閥壓力下降,噴油提前;

     該缸超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),噴油量過大;

     所用燃油的燃燒性能差,發(fā)火滯后。

   2)機(jī)械敲缸的原因

氣缸上部機(jī)械敲缸的原因有:

     第一道活塞環(huán)碰到氣缸套上部的磨臺;

     活塞連桿中心線與曲軸中心線不垂直,使活塞有傾斜運(yùn)動;

     曲柄銷軸承的偏磨引起活塞敲擊聲。

氣缸中部機(jī)械敲缸的原因有:

     四沖程柴油機(jī)活塞銷間隙過大;

     四沖程柴油機(jī)活塞與氣缸套間隙過大;

     氣缸套嚴(yán)重磨損。

氣缸下部機(jī)械敲缸的原因有:

     十字頭軸承間隙過大;

     十字頭滑塊與導(dǎo)板間隙過大;

     連桿軸承或主軸承間隙過大;

     主要運(yùn)動部件的螺栓松動。

3、敲缸時的應(yīng)急處理

     對噴油器進(jìn)行試壓和調(diào)整,必要時予以換新;

     檢查噴油泵的供油量,必要時調(diào)整其有效行程;

     檢查和調(diào)整噴油定時。

五、柴油機(jī)掃氣箱著火

1、掃氣箱著火的原因

掃氣箱著火必須同時具備兩個條件:一是掃氣箱內(nèi)積聚有大量的可燃物;二是有高溫

火源的存在。

2、掃氣箱著火的現(xiàn)象和預(yù)防措施

掃氣箱著火,其現(xiàn)象表現(xiàn)為排煙溫度增加、掃氣溫度提高、煙囪冒黑煙、掃氣箱過熱、打開掃氣箱放泄考克檢查時有煙或火花噴出;柴油機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速自動下降;與該缸相連的增壓器發(fā)生喘振;掃氣箱著火時因壓力溫度急劇升高發(fā)生掃氣箱爆炸使安全閥起跳。

     定期打開掃氣箱的排放閥,放泄殘油;

     定期檢查清潔掃氣空間,避免掃氣空間內(nèi)積聚油污過多;

     在部分負(fù)荷時,減少氣缸油的注入量;

     控制好正常的掃氣溫度;

     避免長時間的低速運(yùn)行,將造成不良燃燒;

     避免超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行,超負(fù)荷加劇磨損和燃?xì)庑孤?/SPAN>

     在大風(fēng)浪時降低柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,避免負(fù)荷突變的范圍過大;

     正確調(diào)整噴油器的霧化狀態(tài);

     正確調(diào)整噴油器的噴油定時;

     定期檢查活塞環(huán)的狀態(tài),對磨損、斷裂和粘住的活塞環(huán)及時更換。

3、掃氣箱著火的應(yīng)急處理

     首先降低柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,并切斷著火氣缸的燃油供應(yīng);

     如火勢嚴(yán)重,可立即減速或停車,采取滅火措施;

     采用蒸汽滅火或二氧化碳滅火;

     必要時用溫水噴灑掃氣箱外殼,降低溫度;

     適當(dāng)加大著火氣缸的滑油注油量,保證缸內(nèi)充分潤滑;

     火熄滅后應(yīng)停車檢查。

六、柴油機(jī)曲軸箱爆炸

1、曲軸箱爆炸的原因

曲軸箱內(nèi)油霧濃度達(dá)到可爆燃的混合比是爆炸的基本條件;

2、曲軸箱爆炸的預(yù)防

3、應(yīng)急處理

     如發(fā)現(xiàn)有爆炸危險(xiǎn)的征兆,應(yīng)立即停車或降速運(yùn)行,發(fā)電機(jī)應(yīng)在轉(zhuǎn)換負(fù)荷后降速運(yùn)

行。如果發(fā)電機(jī)停車,自帶的滑油泵和冷卻水泵也會停泵,反而容易在剛停車時發(fā)生曲軸箱爆炸。

     在發(fā)現(xiàn)曲軸箱有爆炸危險(xiǎn)期間,機(jī)艙人員不允許在柴油機(jī)的裝有防爆門的一側(cè)停

留,以免造成人員傷亡。

     當(dāng)曲軸箱發(fā)生爆炸并將防爆門沖開以后,要立即采取滅火措施,但不可馬上打開曲

軸箱道門或檢查孔救火。

     如因曲軸箱內(nèi)某些機(jī)件發(fā)熱而停車,至少停車15min后再開道門檢查,以免新鮮空

氣進(jìn)入后引起爆炸。

     曲軸箱內(nèi)部的滅火采用裝設(shè)在曲軸上的二氧化碳管系把二氧化碳沖入其中。

七、柴油機(jī)煙囪冒火

1、煙囪冒火的原因

     使柴油機(jī)氣缸內(nèi)的燃燒保持良好狀態(tài);

     加強(qiáng)對各缸燃燒過程的監(jiān)控,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)不正常情況;

     加強(qiáng)廢氣鍋爐的管理,保持良好的燃燒效果;

     選用合適的除碳劑等化學(xué)品;

     為保證油輪的安全,煙囪內(nèi)裝有噴水滅火裝置,防止煙囪冒火。

3、應(yīng)急處理

     若出現(xiàn)這一類火花,應(yīng)立即降低柴油機(jī)負(fù)荷或慢慢停車;

     若出現(xiàn)這二、三類火花,在環(huán)境允許的條件下應(yīng)讓其繼續(xù)“噴冒”,使排氣系統(tǒng)內(nèi)

的油性沉積物盡量吹掉、燒盡。

    ③不要輕易使用滅火設(shè)備,特別是二氧化碳滅火設(shè)備,以防止高溫金屬因溫度急劇降低而產(chǎn)生爆炸。

八、柴油機(jī)連桿螺栓斷裂

1、對連桿螺栓的檢查

     使用放大鏡或肉眼檢查有無缺陷,特別要注意檢查螺栓的頭部、羅紋與羅紋根部。

     用牙規(guī)和直尺檢查羅紋的螺距和彎曲情況。

     裝上螺帽,看其是否過松來檢查羅紋的磨損情況,尤其是要檢查螺帽和螺栓頭部與

軸承的接觸面是否均勻接觸,貼合是否好。

     將螺栓用絲繩吊起來,用手錘敲打,與新的螺栓比較它們的聲音來判別有無缺陷和

疲勞程度。

     螺栓若在軸承上、下兩半緊配處的孔中松動,則軸承蓋由于離心力而位移,就會使

螺栓受到剪切力的作用。若上下軸承合縫處露出百合金,則在安裝螺栓時會將其擠出來,或者由于孔邊緣有毛刺,易使螺栓咬死。

     檢查連桿螺栓與螺栓孔的配合間隙,不可過緊。

     檢查定位銷是否松動或磨損。

     上緊螺帽插入開口銷時,應(yīng)檢查開口銷是否與螺帽上表面接觸。

     測量連桿螺栓的總長以檢查其伸長量。

     中型以下的四沖程發(fā)動機(jī)連桿螺栓的壽命約為15 00020 000小時。超過此時間,

即使外表上無異狀也應(yīng)換新。

2、上緊連桿螺栓的注意事項(xiàng)

     必須保持墊片和軸承上下結(jié)合面的清潔,確保其完全接觸。

     一般螺栓的緊固狀態(tài)幾乎沒有上緊不足的,過度地上緊螺栓將使其疲勞,并不安全。

     兩側(cè)的連桿螺栓必須交替上緊而不要造成單邊緊固。應(yīng)順次增大力量同時又交替地

上緊。上緊的適當(dāng),則螺栓的伸長量是一定的。
